Giving Men a Better Chance of Beating Prostate Cancer

We pride ourselves on being run almost entirely by volunteers and on keeping administration costs below 5%, meaning nearly all your donation goes directly to the point of need. Based at the Stokes Centre for Urology at Royal Surrey County Hospital, our aims are quite simple.

Since 1998, we have been raising awareness and funds to help save and prolong the lives of men with prostate cancer.

This website will show how we go about our work, supporting ground-breaking cancer research and providing some of the equipment that has made Surrey into one of the world’s finest centres for the treatment, and research into urological cancers.

Keep Up-To Date

Paul & Mike from The Prostate Project recently met with Barry Fitzmaurice, who presented a cheque for £295 from his fundraising run at the Hampton Court 10K.
Barry, his daughter, and her friend took on the run to support us - THANK YOU for their fantastic effort & generosity!

We took the Man Van to Brinks UK for a Testing Day, supported by two fantastic phlebotomists from Heim.
Together, they did 20 PSA tests, helping raise awareness of prostate cancer.
Thank you to everyone at Brinks UK for the warm welcome and to our volunteers for making it happen.

We believe sanitary bins should be installed in men’s toilets too - a simple, respectful change that can make a real difference. Many thanks to Gerry, a prostate cancer survivor, for speaking out on this issue and helping to raise awareness.
